A rainy weekend in Friuli Venezia Giulia didn’t dampen plans for locals and visitors alike. In Trieste, many residents opted to stay indoors, enjoying quiet time at home, while others headed out for movies or day trips. Some took the weather as an opportunity to explore local attractions and cultural sites despite the drizzle. “Rain won’t stop me from seeing the city,” said one Trieste dweller.
