Interview: Massimo Tognolli — Councilor for Social Policies, Municipality of Trieste
More than 120 participants from local associations and social organizations will take part in an evening of music, dance and theater at Trieste’s Politeama Rossetti on Nov. 9, as part of the municipality’s “Insieme 2026-2027” initiative.
The fourth edition of the inclusive performance, organized by the city’s Department of Social Policies, will showcase the work of organizations supporting people experiencing vulnerability and promote greater community participation.
Directed by Paolo Quazzolo, the program will include performances by the Il Coriandolo choir, the Regional Institute Rittmeyer for the Blind, the National Association of Deaf People (ENS), Accademia Danze Trieste and Playback Theatre FVG. Other contributions will include a demonstration by operational canine units and performances combining music, poetry and Italian Sign Language.
The evening will be presented by journalists Umberto Bosazzi and Micol Brusaferro. An exhibition, “Insieme – La mostra inclusiva,” will also be introduced.
The event is part of a broader municipal initiative to strengthen cooperation between public institutions, associations and residents.
The performance begins at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, at the Politeama Rossetti. Information stands operated by Avis and AutStanding will be open in the theater foyer from 5 p.m.
