Twelve companies will seek to fill 65 positions at a recruiting event scheduled for Dec. 2 in Ronchi dei Legionari, as Friuli Venezia Giulia continues to support employment through hiring incentives and job-training programs.
The Recruiting Day will take place at the Armando Filiput sports center, bringing together employers seeking workers for operational, technical, logistics and administrative roles.
The participating companies include Aeroporto FVG, Stef Italia, GSA Interiors, Safe Marine, Wind Design, A.F.V.G. Security and Al.Ma., along with five other businesses.
Candidates can apply by submitting their résumés online by Nov. 22 through the regional application portal.
Regional Labor Councillor Alessia Rosolen, who presented the initiative alongside Ronchi dei Legionari Mayor Mauro Benvenuto, said the region would continue to provide employment support through its public job centers and training programs.
Rosolen also confirmed that €10 million in annual incentives for companies hiring young people and women will remain available in 2027.
The regional government is also offering tailored training courses developed with companies and educational institutions, as well as internships and apprenticeships to help address skills shortages.
Additional measures include housing assistance and access to early-childhood services for people relocating to Friuli Venezia Giulia for work, particularly university graduates and those with advanced technical qualifications.
The initiatives are intended to help employers recruit qualified workers while making the region more attractive to people considering moving there for professional opportunities.
