Trieste’s Civic Museums are offering a series of educational activities for children and teenagers this summer, welcoming participants from local summer camps with a program designed to combine learning and recreation.
Organized in collaboration with CoopCulture, the initiative includes guided tours, creative workshops and interactive museum visits across the city’s network of museums. The activities aim to introduce young visitors to Trieste’s artistic, historical and scientific heritage through hands-on experiences tailored to different age groups.
As part of the program, organized summer camp groups will benefit from a reduced admission fee of €1 per child under the museums’ school-rate ticket. The discounted price applies to museum entry only, while activities can be booked throughout summer.
The initiative is intended to encourage greater access to the city’s cultural institutions during the school holidays while providing educational opportunities in an informal setting.
