Bazzara held a coffee-focused event in Trieste on 15 April to mark Italy’s National Made in Italy Day, an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. The event highlighted Italian coffee culture and coincided with the anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s birth, a date chosen to celebrate national craft skills.

Held at the Bazzara Academy and led by Marco Bazzara, participants were guided through the coffee production chain, from cultivation to roasting. The company also known for its “Italian Blend” collection, inspired by regional espresso traditions.

The program included a tasting of two blends—“Aromamore Tribute to Rome” and “Grancappuccino Tribute to Florence”—designed to highlight differences in flavor profiles and blending techniques.

The event was open to those interested in coffee training and industry practices.
