Registration is open through Sept. 28 for two job fairs in Friuli Venezia Giulia that aim to recruit workers for the 2026–27 winter tourism season, with about 180 positions available across the region’s mountain resorts.
The Winter Edition Jobs Day events will take place on Sept. 29 in Tolmezzo at the Luigi Candoni Municipal Theater and Sept. 30 in Piancavallo at the Hotel 1301 Inn. Both events begin at 9:30 a.m.
The initiative is organized by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia in partnership with Confcommercio Udineand Confcommercio Pordenone, with support from the municipalities of Tolmezzo and Aviano.
According to the regional government, employers are seeking candidates for a wide range of hospitality roles, including hotel reception, restaurant and bar service, kitchen staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and wellness services.
“The objective is to facilitate direct meetings between job seekers and employers, while helping local businesses find the professionals they need for the upcoming season,” said Alessia Rosolen, Regional Councillor for Labor.
