Weekend guided tours of two of Trieste’s most significant historic landmarks, the Risiera di San Sabba and the Castello di San Giusto, will continue throughout September as part of a program organized by the city’s Historical Museums in collaboration with CoopCulture.
The one-hour tours are led by specialist museum guides and offer visitors an introduction to the history and cultural importance of both sites. The initiative is designed for residents and tourists alike, with fixed departure times every weekend.
September schedule
- Risiera di San Sabba: Every Saturday at 5 p.m., in Italian
- Castello di San Giusto: Every Sunday at 10:30 a.m., in English
Admission costs €7 per person, and tickets are available exclusively online. Capacity is limited, and advance booking is recommended.
