Passengers in Trieste may experience disruptions in public transportation services on Friday, December 12, 2025, as well as at company service counters, due to a nationwide general strike.
The regional office of the Filt-Cgil union has joined the 24-hour strike called at the national level, which will involve both traveling staff and technical and administrative personnel.
Trieste Trasporti, the local public transport operator, stated that all services will operate during the usual guaranteed hours, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Outside these windows, passengers are advised to expect possible delays or interruptions.
