The opening night of Shakespeare’s heart-wrenching play “The Merchant of Venice” will take place on Tuesday, 11 October at 8.30 pm at the Rossetti’s sala Assicurazioni Generali.
The Rossetti’s artistic director Paolo Valerio and the company reclaim Shakespeare’s disturbing tale. Looking at the story in a contemporary context, the production asks us to confront and question our own prejudices in the here and now.
