As the holidays approach, we wandered through the streets of Trieste to see how locals are preparing for the season. Shop windows glimmered with festive displays, while cafés filled with the aroma of sweet treats and warm drinks. Families and friends moved between markets, choosing decorations and gifts, while children paused to admire twinkling lights. A sense of anticipation and community filled the city.
