Fedriga received a 65 percent approval rating, up one point from 2025, placing him at the top of the national rankings.
In second place was Alberto Stefani (Veneto) with 58 percent approval, followed by Roberto Occhiuto (Calabria) at 53 percent. Antonio Decaro ranked fourth with 51 percent, while Roberto Fico completed the top five at 47 percent.
