The eighth edition of the Monfalcone Geografie Festival opened on March 25 in Monfalcone, in the province of Gorizia. Running through Sunday, the event brings more than 50 speakers from the worlds of literature, history, journalism, and current affairs to the city.
Festival organizers chose to dedicate the opening session to younger generations, featuring Vincenzo Schettini, a physics teacher with a large social media following, who presented his latest essay, La vita che ci piace. Come la fisica può spiegarci la vita (The Life We Like: How Physics Can Explain Our Lives).
The full program for the eighth edition of the Monfalcone Geografie Festival is available through the festival’s official channels. Events are open to the public in Piazza della Repubblica in Monfalcone.
