Trieste Marks 72 Years Since Its Return to Italy

Trieste marked the 72nd anniversary of its return to Italy with a flag-lowering ceremony in Piazza Unità d’Italia at 5 p.m. today, commemorating the city’s reunification with Italy on Oct. 26, 1954.
