The Adriatic resort town has announced a wide-ranging program of events for summer 2026, extending from mid-May through late October as part of a broader effort to strengthen tourism across Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The calendar opens May 14–17 with the 25th International Firefighters Gathering, followed by a spring edition of the Friuli Doc food and wine festival from May 29 to June 2. On June 7, the coastline will host an air show by the Frecce Tricolori.

Summer programming includes concerts and performances by artists such as Planet Funk, Nek and Rúzsa Magdi, along with appearances by the comedian Antonio Ornano. A late-August event focused on sustainability will conclude with a concert by Benji & Fede.

Among the season’s larger gatherings is a mid-June seaside dinner along Lungomare Nazario Sauro, designed as a shared dining experience. Additional offerings include guided lagoon excursions, cycling tours, beachside film screenings and evening events at the town’s water park.

Ferragosto on August 15 will be marked by a fireworks display over the sea, while a triathlon later in the month adds a sporting component to the schedule.

The season continues into autumn with events tied to the Barcolana in early October and a food and wine festival in the historic center from October 23 to 25.
