As part of the events surrounding the exhibition Tolkien: Man, Professor, Author, the series Tolkien in Pop Culture, organized by La Cappella Underground, continues with a new installment this Friday.

On October 10, at 5:30 p.m., the Auditorium of the Salone degli Incanti will host a discussion titled Dressing Middle-earth: The Costumes of The Rings of Power.

The event will offer attendees a behind-the-scenes look at the Prime Video production, with insights into the research and artistry involved in creating the costumes for Tolkien’s world. Costume designer Luca Mosca, who worked on the series, will lead the discussion.

Admission is free until capacity is reached. In conjunction with the Barcolana regatta, the exhibition will remain open until 8 p.m., with the ticket office closing at 7 p.m.
