On Saturday, September 13, the “Passeggiando s’impara” (“Learning While Walking”) program, organized by the Museum of Natural History and the Civic Marine Aquarium of Trieste, will make a stop at Grignano.
Andrea Gergic, a fish farmer at the Civic Marine Aquarium, will lead participants on an exploration of the rocky coastline, a characteristic habitat of the Gulf of Trieste. The guided seawatching session will allow visitors to observe the diverse array of marine life inhabiting the area, including fish, crustaceans, algae, and various invertebrates.
Participants are required to bring a mask; fins are recommended, and a wetsuit is optional but may enhance the experience.
Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required via email at sportellonatura@comune.trieste.it, specifying the names of participants and the preferred session time, either 11:00 a.m. or 12:15 p.m.
