Good news from the Italian government that allowed the rest of Italy more movement outside for the benefit of health and wellbeing. But here in Trieste, we’ve had a whole week of this beauty. But does something change for us as well?

Still allowed:

1.  Outdoor walks by individuals and their family members within the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia

2.  Outdoor walks by parents and children together as long as they wear a mask and keep their distance from others. Kids under 6 years of age do not need to wear a mask.

3.  Outdoor walks together by those who live in the same household as long as they stay within their region.

4.  Outdoor walks by those who are not fully self-sufficient and must be accompanied by a carer.

5.  Bicycle trips by individuals (i.e. not in groups) as long as they stay within their region.

6.  Bicycle trips by parents and children together as long as they stay within their region.

7.  Bicycle trips by those who live together in the same household as long as they stay within their region.

8. You do not need to wear a mask while exercising in total isolation outside

Whilst taking this permitted exercise it is not necessary to maintain social distancing between parent/children, those living in the same household and carers although it is still necessary to maintain social distancing with other people.
