The Friuli Venezia Giulia regional government will organize a recruiting event for job seekers under 35 on Nov. 12 at the Pordenone Fair, offering participants the opportunity to meet four companies through a series of short interviews.
The Recruiting Day Young will take place in Pavilion 7 at the Pordenone Fairgrounds, Viale Treviso 1, as part of the Punto di Incontro event scheduled for Nov. 11 and 12.
Participants will have five minutes to introduce themselves to recruiters from La Piadineria, Lidl Italia, McDonald’s and NKD Group. The format is designed to give candidates direct access to employers and an opportunity to present their experience and professional skills.
The regional government will also offer a preparatory session on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. Regional employment service staff will lead a 50-minute workshop on how to approach the five-minute interviews.
Regional Labor Councillor Alessia Rosolen said the initiative aims to strengthen employment services by creating opportunities for direct contact between job seekers and businesses, alongside training to help candidates prepare for selection interviews.
Registration is mandatory by Nov. 9, with places available until capacity is reached. Selected candidates will receive an email confirming their appointment time and providing participation instructions. Applicants must bring five copies of their résumé.
