On Sunday, January 11, 2026, the Magazzino delle Idee in Trieste will host the third in a series of special guided visits to the exhibition Temporary Grom. Bogdan Grom and the Donations, offering audiences two opportunities to explore the work of the Slovenian-born artist.

The first tour, in Slovenian, will begin at 11 a.m. and will be led by Jasna Merkù, the exhibition’s curator. A second tour, in Italian, will follow at noon, guided by Lorenzo Michelli, curator of the Spazzapan Gallery in Gradisca d’Isonzo.

The exhibition presents a substantial selection of works by Bogdan Grom, including a significant group of tapestries, and highlights the donations made by the artist and his family to ERPAC Friuli Venezia Giulia and the CRTrieste Foundation. These contributions have enabled the preservation, study, and public display of the collection.

Temporary Grom. Bogdan Grom and the Donations will remain open through January 18, 2026. Visiting hours are Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is €8, with a reduced ticket price of €5.
