The Biblioteca Civica Attilio Hortis, located on Via Madonna del Mare, will resume its book lending and consultation services starting Monday, August 11, following a temporary suspension caused by a malfunction in the compact shelving units.
During this transitional period, requested books will be available for pickup or consultation the day after the request is made. Library officials encourage users to request volumes in advance through the online catalog to facilitate timely access.
The library’s reopening marks the restoration of a key community resource after the brief disruption.
