The regional government of Friuli Venezia Giulia has reaffirmed its commitment to affordable tourism for young people and families by maintaining current ski pass prices for the 2025–2026 winter season.
The decision follows the approval of a €65 million investment by the Regional Council to support development across the six mountain areas of the region. According to the Regional Councillor for Economic Development and Tourism, Sergio Emidio Bini, the pricing policy—proposed by PromoTurismoFVG—will remain unchanged, offering what he described as “by far the most affordable option in the Alpine region” for daily visitors, families, groups, and schools.
“This is another step in our broader strategy to support mountain tourism and ensure accessibility for younger generations and families,” Bini said following the approval of a resolution by the regional government.
The measure is part of a broader initiative aimed at enhancing the region’s competitiveness as a winter destination, balancing economic development with affordability for residents and tourists alike.
