Trieste will shine in red, white, and green this week as it prepares to host a major celebration honoring the 211th anniversary of Italy’s Carabinieri, the nation’s storied military police force.
On June 5, the city’s iconic Piazza Unità d’Italia will be the stage for a grand ceremony featuring the full deployment of all Carabinieri units from across Friuli Venezia Giulia. The event, rich in symbolism and pride, is expected to draw large crowds as Trieste pays tribute to those who serve and protect the country every day.
