Councilor Elisa Lodi announced earlier this week that the famous beach establishment Pedocin, also known as Bagno La Lanterna, is ready for summer season with new rules in place.
The Lanterna beach will undergo maintenance before opening up to public on 15 May. Among the new rules in place will be the presence of the so-called stewards, who will make sure the distance between the beach goers is maintained.
Maximum number of people allowed is 375 (female side) and 175 (male side).
Ticket cost: 1 euro
Opening hours: 8 am – 6.30 pm (May), 7.30 am – 7.30 pm (June- September)
