Interview: FVG governor, Massimiliano Fedriga; FVG councilor for tourism, Sergio Bini
With just days to go before the Women’s Alpine Ski World Cup returns to Tarvisio, organizers say everything is in place for a long-awaited comeback. Fresh off hosting the 2025 Junior Alpine Ski World Championships, the alpine town is ready to welcome the world’s fastest skiers to the Di Prampero course on Monte Lussari, one of the longest and most demanding tracks on the circuit. Snow conditions have been secured, race infrastructure finalized, and teams are already arriving in the Valcanale. For Tarvisio, which last staged a World Cup in 2011, the weekend marks both a logistical achievement and a symbolic return to the global ski calendar.
