Friuli Venezia Giulia is preparing to host a recruiting event designed to connect young professionals with companies in the digital sector, regional officials announced on Monday.

The initiative, called Digital Talent Day, will take place on October 17 in Tavagnacco as part of the Artificial Intelligence Forum. Organized by the regional government in collaboration with the Digital Technologies District and the municipal administration, the event will bring together 11 companies from across the region, including firms based in Udine, Amaro, Trieste, Gorizia and Pordenone.
Regional labor councillor Alessia Rosolen, speaking at a press conference in Udine, described the event as an opportunity to respond to the growing demand for skills in digital industries while also offering career prospects for young professionals. “It is a fundamental occasion both for providing answers to the needs of local companies and for creating opportunities for emerging talent, helping to increase the attractiveness of Friuli Venezia Giulia,” she said.
The participating companies have made available 30 open positions, with roles focused on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). These include software developers, data analysts for the manufacturing sector, artificial intelligence algorithm designers and developers of web solutions for the medical field.
Applications must be submitted by October 7. Further information about the companies involved and the positions available can be found on the region’s website at RAFVG2025_DigitalTalent.
