The Museum of the Risorgimento (Via XXIV Maggio 4) will host two late afternoon events of theatrical readings and musical performances on Tuesday, May 27 and Thursday, June 12, 2025, both beginning at 5:30 p.m. The initiative, titled Risorgi Mente, aims to offer visitors an immersive experience through literary and musical interpretations that resonate with the museum’s historical themes and setting.
The program includes dramatized readings designed to guide audiences through the museum’s narratives and spaces, connecting its collections with storytelling and live performance.
The first event, Fannie e Anita, will be held on May 27 and features actress Sara Alzetta, accompanied on guitar by Emanuele Laterza.
The second, scheduled for June 12, will present Il ritorno del Fante, a work by Pier Antonio Quarantotti Gambini, performed by Sara Alzetta and Daniela Picamus, with music by Massimo Favento.
