On Sunday, December 14, Barbacan Produce transformed Trieste’s oldest streets into an open-air showcase of design and craft skills. Set around Piazza Barbacan and nearby historic lanes, the market featured handmade bags, jewelry, clothing, and original objects by established and emerging creatives. Framed by Roman ruins and medieval squares, the event blended contemporary creativity with the city’s ancient soul—briefly turning Trieste’s historic heart into its most vibrant stage.
