Friday, May 17 to Sunday, May 19:
- From 8:00 PM on Friday to midnight on Sunday, a parking and stopping ban will be in effect on Piazzale Agostino Straulino – Nicolò Rode. Vehicles in violation will be removed.
Saturday, May 18 (with a rain date of Sunday, May 19):
- Morning Transfer (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Temporary suspension of traffic along key routes including via Flavia, via Giovanni e Sebastiano Caboto, and corso Cavour, managed by the Local Police.
- Afternoon Transfer (1:45 PM – 4:00 PM): Additional closures will affect via Ottaviano Augusto and surrounding areas to facilitate the convoy’s movement.
- Evening Parade (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Extensive route closures from piazza Nicolò Tommaseo to via Milano and surrounding streets for the main parade.
Specific Area Closures:
- Riva Tre Novembre, piazza Dell’Unità D’Italia, riva Del Mandracchio, and adjacent routes will face rolling closures and traffic diversions to accommodate the festivities and post-event cleaning.
The authorities have ensured that exemptions are in place
for emergency vehicles, service order vehicles, allegorical floats, and operational vehicles of public service companies such as ACEGASAPSAMGA S.p.A. These exemptions will allow for essential services to continue uninterrupted, including street and sidewalk cleaning following the parade.
