Trieste’s Matthias Lodi Celebrates Historic GT4 Endurance Victory

Matthias Lodi, the first Trieste-born driver to secure an international Gran Turismo title, presented his GT4 Endurance championship victory at a press conference on Friday at the Montedoro Shopping Center. The event, held on the upper floor near Beer Station, drew motorsport enthusiasts eager to see the Mercedes AMG GT4 that carried him to the win. During the showcase, which ran from 6 to 8 p.m., visitors were able to photograph the car and speak with the driver. In our interview, Lodi emphasized the significance of bringing an international motorsport trophy home to Trieste.
